One of the exciting aspects of the MAOT organization is the opportunity to raise funds for local children’s hospitals through their association with Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals. As a Miss America's Outstanding Teen contestant, the money Katie raises will help children receive the best medical care available, and a portion will also go towards the MAOTeen Scholarship Fund. Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals ensure funds stay local, which means your donation will help kids and families right here in our community. Katie is participating on behalf of the Helen DeVos Children's Hospital Foundation.
