All appearance requests must be made at least 30 days prior to the event. Submission of the form below is a request only and does not guarantee an appearance. Your interest in booking Miss Michigan is truly appreciated!
If your event is held annually - consider having each new Miss Michigan at your event every year!

Please note:
If Miss Michigan is a dancer of any kind and an adequate surface cannot be provided, to avoid injury, Miss Michigan must refrain from performing.

An appearance fee is $200 or $250 with talent. The fee is to be paid directly to the current Miss Michigan. Please make checks payable to the individual's name of the current Miss Michigan.
